Linzi Chesson - Managing Partner

I’m a qualified solicitor with over 25 years of experience in property law. Since qualifying in 1998, I’ve built a broad and balanced career in conveyancing, working both in-house for a national developer and in private practice, representing a wide range of clients.

Whether you're buying your first home, investing in commercial property, or selling a retirement property, I bring clear communication, practical advice, and a calm, reliable approach to every transaction. I specialise in both residential and commercial conveyancing, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages with efficiency and care.

Nicola Wilson - Partner

I’m a solicitor with over two decades of experience in property law, having qualified in 2004. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing, with a career that includes working for both High Street and national law firms advising a wide variety of clients in private practice.

My work covers residential property, and I regularly assist clients with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. From first-time buyers to those moving into retirement properties, I aim to offer clear, straightforward legal support at every stage.

Marco Frank - Consultant

I have a degree in Business Law LLB 1987 (CNAA) and i took the Solicitors Final exam College of Law 1989. I then undertook general articles of clerkship before being admitted as a solicitor in 1992. Prior to Frank & Co i worked in private practice gaining experience in Wills and Probate, Property, Employment and Litigation. Between 1998 to 2025, i was senior partner at Frank & Co and played a key role in the firm's growth and success.
